Carrollton is NOT covered under 811 system: Contractor is required to contact the City at 972.466.3135 for a water and sewer location appointment prior to starting a project. Permit number required to make appt.

CAN’T FIND YOUR PERMIT? It may have been denied. Denied permits are not listed in “My Permits” and require a new application. All permit-related emails are sent to the applicant of the permit. Please check the “Registered To” email before inquiring about a permit.

TYPICAL PERMIT DENIAL REASONS: No Traffic Control Plans - TCP required when working in the roadway or within 2 feet of the curb. Clearance from City utilities not shown (3 feet required). Record drawings may be requested from engineering.asbuilts@cityofcarrollton.com.
